Why can't everyone just be happy? That question is asked often and I realized why, if everyone was happy, we'd all be dead. As if everyone's thoughts that they think will make them happy, well we all think life would be better without something/someone so it'd just start chaos, so just be happy with what you do have

In the search of a football Manager game, i have tried many, including online games, but none of them seemed "complete" enought, yes, they allowed you to do all sort of things, buy, sell players, set the alignments, the defensive offensive tactics, the shooters, etc. All of the regular things, you expect a football manager allows you to do.

But FIFA Manager 10, goes beyond, and gives you a lot more control over every aspect of the club.
Lets start detailing every gaming option you have.

In the press center, you recieve messages of all kind, to help you know what its going on your club, from the fatige and players injuries, passing through the players personal records, to the administrative events.

In the calendar you can see every match you have in the future, and you can also set events, such as friendly matches, concentrations and special days.

The first team, here is, where the magic happens :D.
There is 4 tabs, the alignments, where you choose your alignment, by dragging the players in a small field.
The team tactics tab, has 3 sub tabs, the team tactics, where you choose the general behaviour of your team, such as, the pressure, if they make time, the height of the centers, the position o the defensive line, a prize for winning, and more; the general orders, here you set, for each position in your alignments how the player must behave (This is a really usefull tab), offensive-defensive, aggresive-soft, free player, retain, dribbling, far shooting, and more; the individual orders (Also usefull), here you can give orders to each player, the same as in the general orders tab, but individualized by player.
The teams comparison tab, here you can see your team and the opposing team in a small field, face to face, it shows you the players weakness and strenghts, you can set the individual markings here.
The status tab shows you the calsification table, and the matches.

The second team, here you can manage the reserve players. It has the same options as the first team tab.

The Youth, here you can see your youth players categorized by ages (17/18, 15/16, 13/14, 11/12), where you can manage the alignments for each one, with no special orders. You can promote them if they are 17+.

Training, here you can choose training groups, the training for each one, the individual training, and set a long term training program. The game has tons of different trainings to choose.

Locker room chemistry, a great deal of the game its based on the morale, confidence of the players, and the internal relations. Here you can see how is every player doing, and if there is any fight between them. To boost their morale confidence or solve the problems, you have a serie of options to say to the players, you can "talk" to them. You can also make promises to them theam and to each player, if at the end of the season, you do not fulfill them, they will loose confidence in you.

The contracts, here you can see the players contracts, renew, cancel them, sell, yeld players, the same options all of the managing games have.

Staff, this is an important section, here you choose your staff, renew their contracts, fire them. The staff also improves with time, or you can send them to training, but the most important here, it is that you can delegate activities to them, the ones that you dont wont to do, like managing the youth and second theam alignments, you can tell your assistant and the youth trainer to do them themselves.

In the transfer market well... you search for players.

You can also make cooperation agreements with other teams, where you can loan players and youth players for some money, and organize friendly matches.

Financial status, this game has one of the most complete and complex financial information i have seen, it can be a little bit complicated to understand, you can see the info divided in dozens fo categories. You can also take a look at the daily operations, and the players prizes you have to pay. You can take out loans or sell team shares.

You can change your stadium, you are able to do an amazing amount of changes in it, not only you can expand it adding more seats, you can also enter a 3d mode, where you can add stand, food bars, you can arrenge the publicity, add railings, and more.

The game also allows you to improve the club facilities, such as the press center, the office, the training fields, etc. (Each improve brings its benefits). It also has a 3d mode, where you can choose other facilities like parking lots, fair games, clubs, hotels, shoppings and more, each building gives you a different amount of profit.

In the merchandising and fans you can buy and set the price of the merchandising, change the team shirts design, see the fans opinion and set services for them.

You can set the tickets price for every tribune, and seat type. For every game you can also set a discount or overprice.

In the Sponsor you can choose your main sponsor, secondary sponsor, sell the billboards, the tribune and stadium name.

The game also has another option, that its interesting but useless, does not actually contribute to game. You can manage your own personal life, you can have a wife, kids, you cna buy yourself a house, a studio, a boat, spend some time with your family, or go and play golf with the bosses.
Also it has yet another option, i dont really know if it is usefull or not, but you can not only be the manager, but you can also be a player that you can control like any other.

Something really great this game has, its the 3D matches, in wich you can choose to be just the manager, or control the players (liks PES or FIFA). If you choose just to be the manager, you can still shout a set of instructions to your players while you watch the game, and see stats of the match.

This is really a great football manager that covers every aspect of a club, that sometimes can be a little bit complex to play, but with sometime you will get it, and will be able to take your team to the top. It also has some interesting features that i havent seen in others games, like the 3d matches, where you can either control or shout at the players, the stadium 3d editor, and the posibility to expand your team with different buildings, in a 3d editor. You can spend lots of hours playing this game, and it will present you a challenge, because of the number of variables you have to control, that will lead you to a championship (9/10).
