Hi Guys,
I'm always looking for room for improvement and I like to hear about my work and see if you guys like it, After all I do it for you, not me :P

So Anyway please fill out the poll so I can get a rough estimate.

I don't think anyone is going to use JR Help, just like no one did the JR Buddy. Unless we are going to do it differently, which I think we will, but I don't know how, so I voted no xD

This is why we have to define the help area because if people don't understand something they can post a topic on the forums. I know there are the little things that aren't even worth a topic, but again, we have to define the help area because its currently too broad.

Question: WHY get a help area? Think about this, how many will use it compared to the effort that will be put into making it?  Not many i think. We had that "Buddy" area right? Was it ever used? If players need help, then why not just ask in game??? Its not that hard to ask.. And we even got a wikipedia with ALL the info you will ever need!?

You will know if this applies to you, if it does not; ignore it.

REMEMBER THAT WE GOT HELPERS, GRIEF POLICE, AND MODERATORS TOO! YOU DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK AN ADMIN FOR HELP, WHEN IM ONLINE, 95% OF THE QUESTION GOES TO THE ADMIN, AND 99% OF THE OTHER STAFF IS ALSO ABLE TO ANSWER THE EXACT SAME QUESTION AS THE ADMIN IS ASKED!

In short: Don't just ask the admin for everything. We got other staff too!

As  a moderator as of late I have noticed the hours I am on (Yes hours :o ) there aren't many staff on at all. I have had to ask in skype for help a few times on things I can't control. I know that some of you are in school and have to either be in school or bed while I am on so I am not talking about you. I know you have home work..so not you either ..but I rarely see any other staff on. I am starting to get a complex. :P   Just because rstoy & I are on all the time don't mean we don't want to socialist with the other staff. The more staff the quicker it is to get the reports done and get back to playing. :P  Also talking about "/report" people are using it to report squabbles and saying "so and so is bugging me"  plus many are reporting "others" griefs and it turns out that it's not done or was made that way. Can we note that the grief must be their own to report it? I have also spent many hours searching that one grief that no one can figure out other than to say it's a bad World edit. can it be fixed?? Am I off subject too much? :o

I've been trying to get on lately barber >.< just been really occupied...to be honest I think we should get 1 or 2 more helpers, isn't Wavesludge the only helper? I wouldn't suggest this but I think we could really use them

If you look at the staff page on the wiki me and MistedShadow are helpers but I havn't seen her for ages :/

Helpers wouldn't be able to help with reports though, which seems to be barb's main complaint.

I agree that /report should only be used griefs, not petty squabbles, but I still think we should allow people to report griefs they find, not just their own.

Also, I think we should start cleaning up old, grieved structures that have no logs.  They are unsightly and a waste of land :/
