I have been trying to think of how we can get new JRNetwork members to look at more than just the Minecraft game. We get many new members each day, but they are primarily interested in playing Minecraft. Many of the players ask questions that are answered on forum. I have become disinterested in posting on the forum because only a few people regularly read what is posted here. I see how many people look at my posts and then I see how many Minecraft players ask the same questions over and over. Some of the people don't even read the reply's to their questions until the answer is posted on the screen several times (thank goodness for the improved chat). Even though Minecraft questions are answered on the forum, that information is only a small amount of the information posted by people on JRNetwork. People now seem to be unwilling to read at all. Those who are willing to look for information on the internet seem to prefer video answers to their questions. I will search for text answers over video every time since video requires you to follow someone else timetable. Most of the people who read what is here are the same ones who write what is here. Do we have a way of tracking what is most popular so maybe we could advertise the rest of the site. Maybe we need is a tracking system like google uses to get the relevant information to the user. Do you think that is too invasive of people's privacy? Should we just let people stumble around in then dark, not being able to find the answers to their questions? Should we not worry about it and let people figure it out on their own? Maybe a tour guide of sorts? I have lots of questions here but not many answers. If you have answers post them here. I am sure that the people who spend the time to write here would be glad to know how to get people to read what they write.
