re add the duels plugin

it would be good if you could add the 1v1 plugin again as it would allow people to practice there pvp skills in a safe environment where our armour can't get broken

I will take another look at this soon, we did have it installed and it was disabled for a incompatibility. I will be looking at updating a few plugins soon.
