Adding Chest Shops

Since the early days of JRCraft, we've had a bustling economy with shops, stores, and stands, all fostering interaction and motivation among players. We already have the currency basis with money and jobs to accommodate and integrate shops. We can rejuvenate the traditional capitalism of JRCraft by bringing this back.
