Hey All, I've been reading that if you have purchased content on Warzone it will not transfer to the newest version of warzone which will be released alongside the MWII release! Supposedly Warzone 1 will run alongside Warzone 2 as separate experiences. But this calls on a few questionable factors. How long will Warzone 1 be supported for ? I know for a fact any time a new game is released by activision the previous game falls to the abyss. With the fact a lot of people have spent a lot of money on warzone 1 are they going to get anything by transitioning to warzone 2. I just think it's mad that if you have bought something in Warzone recently it's not going to carry over and activision have stated: (https://www.callofduty.com/blog/2022/06/call-of-duty-modern-warfare-II-announcement-release-reveal) A bit ominous but it does state that it'll be entirely separate. What's your view on this ? Do we need to storm activision ?! -
AS per the Minecraft event, I am releasing the results of who won the competition. I asked members to create a build in creative that brought back memories / meant something to you from JR, there was an hour to complete the task. Results are below! JR will be doing more events like this so keep watch for events like this: #1 Reward: REND + 5000 JR Cash @Cythion Cythion created a build in the memory of his times at JR and he chatted to us also about the fact his kids play on JR. I thought this deserved #1 due to the time and thought put in to it. #2 Reward: 5000 JR Cash @Sophaloo Sophie created a build in the memory of JR's old creative / survival server and it's lovely pixel art. Sophie had met @IAMSNOWMAN therefore she created another pixel art in the memory of this. #3 Reward: 3000 JR Cash @Kayla Baker Caz_Wind created a build that she did when I started properly playing Minecraft instead of just working on the server. As if we didn't already know, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been extremely successful for CD Projekt RED, with reviewers and fans alike creaming over it. But just encase you didn't know, The Witcher 3 has sold over 6 million copies in as little as 6 weeks. Now that's bloody impressive! According to the latest financial results from CD Projekt RED, the game has been selling extraordinarily well, both digitally and in-stores, and at the current rate will likely surpass expected sales figures for 2015. The company have also earned 237 million PLN ($63.3 Million) in net profit for the first half of 2015. -
So yet another day has come to light where Ubisoft bring forward yet another addition to the assassins creed family with the introduction to the next main entry in the long-running Assassin’s Creed franchise which has now been confirmed as Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, the title was previously known through content leaks as Assassin’s Creed Victory. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is set to launch this fall on October 23rd 2015 and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC has been listed as "Holiday 2015" With this new installment Assassin's Creed Syndicate brings the franchise into the modern era Set in 1868 London at the height of the Industrial Revolution, The story of Syndicate follows the twin sibling assassins Jacob and Evie Frye in their battle to gather the city’s criminal underground to lead them in dealing with a known threat throughout the franchise and to reach their victory of overthrowing the ruling Templar power. The "Syndicate" in which the title refers to will ultimately be players’ goal: to create their own criminal syndicate. A Syndicate is a group of individuals or organizations combined to promote a common interest which in this story is to bringing down the Templars Although some story missions are designed for either Jacob or Evie, most of the time you’ll be able to choose which twin to play as. Both have their own skill trees, offering up two unique individuals to develop. Pre order for GTA V has been open since November 5 2012, the game will be released this spring, but only for XBOX 360 and PS3 (Pre order) has been confirmed. the initial idea seems it was...no, apparently because the transition to consoles the world is suffering will kill some companies, but that is not going to happen to Rockstar (Console transition). Gamers have been gathering a lot of signatures so that they make a PC version (Petition), it seems that they changed it to a maybe. When gamers ask them about it their response is always ambiguous, and they never confirmed it. Some say they are, some say no, there is just a bunch of places(3 or 4) that are offering a pre order for PC. Does anyone have more information?, a site that confirms the pc release? anything?, because i cant find anything conclusive.

Right when you enter the gates into riverwood which is the first settlement you come to in skyrim, there is a chicken doing chicken stuff right there waiting to be plucked and ate. Out of everyone I know who has played skyrim, everyone has killed this chicken for no reason only to see what would happen and most of those with an Arrow. I am also one of these people. Out of sheer curiosity I just want to know how many of you fellow skyrim players has killed this succulent chicken, how you killed Mr. Chicken and what villager decided to take matters into their own hands and smashing your face in with a warhammer? The villager who killed me was the Blacksmith who grabbed his warhammer and ploughed my face into the pritty flowers.

Yesterday Microsoft released the public beta for Windows 8. Check it out here Windows 8 is compatable with tablet devices as it is designed to run with low power microprocessors. Apple also released a preview of their new operating system "Mountain Lion", which I will not be commenting on because MAC's are over-rated and over-priced.

Activision have already claimed that the next COD "already looks fantastic", promising “meaningful innovations†while being “laser-focused on raising the bar with this year’s new Call of Duty†I don't know about the rest of ye, but I call bulls***. For years now Activision have promised innovation and that the next COD will be better than it's predecessor. Yet, since COD 4 nothing has changed and not a single improvement has been made. To me Modern Warfare 2 was the closest it has came to matching the orgasmic COD 4. I do think that Nazi zombies was a good addition, kudos to treyarch, but it did not satisfy my need to tea-bag n00bs and pwn those who beleave they are "1337" ("elite" to those who are not fluent in gamer). I beleave Activision have started hyping us up early because many gamers think MW3 was a disappointment. Don't beleave that other gamers were disappointed? http://www.metacriti...-3/user-reviews This is not a critic, not a single person who just hate the series. but 4,500 gamers who express their distaste in MW3. showing the sales that COD received got were purely due to hype of the series and not game quality. Are you sceptical on Activisions promises, or do you beleave them and think they will follow through?

This is a racing game where you can drive all kind of Ford off road vehicles, Ford 4x4 SUV's, Land Rover's and Range Rover's. Like most of the racing games, you have several race options to choose, the Quick Race where you get in and go, the Career mode, the Tournament, the Arcade and the Multiplayer. In Career mode, you have a Career Map, Garage, and then Showroom. In the Career Map the game details your current progress. Only the first race in the map its unlocked, so you have to start there. You get in and the game gives you a description of the race and the prizes. But before starting you need a car, so you have to go to the showroom to buy your car. You dont have much money at start, so you can only buy 1 of the 2 first models. You are given $6000 to buy a Ranger Truck or a Defender SUV. Each vehicle has three stats: Acceleration, Speed, and Handling. There is absolutely no difference in the starting stats between these vehicles, just the price. Now that you have a vehicle, its time to race, to be able to advence in the career mode, and unlock other races, you have to end first, there is no other place. There are not much differences between the Career Mode and the Tournament Mode. You get a little more money to start, allowing you to pick 4 different models. The process is identical to Career Mode. The races are longer in the Tournament. The Arcade mode allows you to race a course backwards. You can unlock several types of races. This ties in directly with the Multiplayer. The multiplayer allows for a split screen or two player game. You have a ton of games you can unlock in the Arcade. The Multiplayer Mode only offers you three different games. The game offers no challenge just go forward, there is no need to break to make a turn, just hit the walls and you will bounce back into the track. You can make 90 degrees turns in an SUV at 140 KPH and not flip. You will have to compete against AI vehicles that are the same model, but they are able to just out-accelerate you in the wide open, while you are driving at 200 KPH. The races are very predictable and the AI its pretty dumb when it comes to defend their place. It is also impossible to make an opponent spin th AI cars are glued to the ground. For a 2008 game, the graphics are pretty lame, low quality, it looks like a 90's game, you can only see some scratches in the car, no damage, there is only a damage meter. The gameplay its not the best, the cars sometimes are hard to control and drive, the worst its that you can't adjust the driving keys to your own style, you have to use the arrow keys, and there is no option to change it. The car sound effects are awfull, simply awfull. This could have been a great game, its not entirely bad, but most of the gamers wont like this game, I do not recommend to buy it. Just looking up random stuff on the internet and going on review sites checking out what I should and should not buy, but then I came across this = http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/call-of-duty-modern-warfare-3/user-reviews Modern Warfare 3 has a user rating of 2.1! this is also out of 4437 ratings. Why is Modern Warfare 3 so unanimously hated by the public where the single player means it should deserve at least a 4 with maybe another 1 or 2 for multiplayer. Overall I would give the game a 6 because I think the single player is decent although short and generic and although the multiplayer sucks, at least they brought something new to the game with the survival mode which I enjoyed quite a bit (more than the rest of the game tbh). Most comments seem to point to the multiplayer but you cannot just rate a game by its multiplayer when it's obvious strong point is singleplayer. you wouldn't rate Battlefield on its single player alone would you? What do you think? PS. Battlefield 3 is 10 times better.

Yesterday Rockstar have announced that GTA 5 is currently in development. At the moment no information has been released stating where the game will be located, release date or even platform. There have been rumers for a late 2012 release and a return to San Andreas but at this point it's all just speculation. Anyone who has subscribed to the rockstar newsletter will have recived an email with a link to the countdown for the trailer which will be viewable on the 2nd of November at 6:00pm GMT here --->http://www.rockstargames.com/ So what would you like in the next GTA? I would enjoy a return to San Andreas since that was my favourite location in the series.

In the search of a south american relic, Lara's course changes dramatically, when she finds a dangerous acquaintance from the past, then it begins a deadly race to recover one of the most famous artifacts of the history. Lara travels to Peru to visit her old friend Anaya in a tragic place from the past. She discovers the secrets of a tomb, and the amazing answers will only help her if she stays one step in front of Rutlands mercenaries. Thats the begining of the story. This is a good game and great step since the last version if we talk about graphics, and movement. The new engine, gives Lara more variety of movements, realism, and agility. But it has some problems, bugs, lack of story and Lara's boring house. Graphics are amazing. Lara looks so real you can see every highlight, smoke and dust particle, bullet hole etc. The new engine also gives Lara more movement, agility and precision. The game has some nice and clear menus, with an animated Lara standing in the area where you are currently at in-game, and black transparent buttons. It has a good gameplay, easy to understand, easy to play, but at times you feel like you want to kill her, because she doesnt do what you want or the camera changes the angle, and instead of jumping to side she jumps backwards and kills herself. The good thing is that theres a lot of control points. You will feel like theres something missing in the story but you just have to go to a place, jump, duck, roll, kill 2 or 3 enemies, avoid the traps, grab the artifact , get out of there, see a couple of movies where she talks with her enemies, fight them and thats basically all. It is short. Sounds are good, nice music, realistic. Its a great game with amazing graphics, a great gameplay, that its easy to learn, and play, with nice menus, but it lacks of story in my opinion. I do recommend it if you like the action/adventure games.
